Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from bakery staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the bakery department.
• Maintain inventory levels and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operations guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowe's Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to hosts.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as needed.
• Maintain department labor budget and scheduling.
• Perform PA announcements and other duties as assigned by management.
