Starting pay includes base wages plus pooled tips, with potential for wage growth after training. The role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving history, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Communicate delays or issues to management promptly.
• Handle customer payments when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Report vehicle damage or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all driving and transportation policies.
• Assist with bakery operations and customer service as needed.
