Responsibilities

• Provide fresh products in correct portions to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommend deli or bakery items to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Operate bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Follow food safety regulations and temperature logs.
