Town & Country Markets Poulsbo is hiring for an entry-level role supporting bakery and food service departments. You will help prepare product for sale, deliver outstanding customer service, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, efficient department.

The position emphasizes learning and growth in a friendly, inclusive team that values community, safety, and a passion for food. Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Open availability required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service in food service departments including: Pizzeria, Espresso, Bakery, Deli, Market Meals, and Restaurant
• Prepares department product for sale
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, guests, market support staff and vendor community
• Cultivates and maintains an integral and collaborative environment
• Ensures the adherence to Ready for Business standards throughout food service and restaurant
• Assists in the training and development of employees
• Establishes and maintains a 360-feedback process including guests, staff, and leadership
• Maintains the integrity of our brand and marketing expressions
• Maintains departments in a neat, clean and orderly manner
• Ensures food service compliance with local, state and federal laws
• Demonstrates attitude of service to staff and guests
• Keeps up on industry trends, standards, and changes
• Supports and follows all company/department/safety/security policies & sustainability programs
