Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related retail experience.

• Rotational assignments in store areas and customer service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise store team members daily operations.
• Mentor and coach team members for advancement and performance.
• Impact customer service, sales, and shrink through leadership and P&L focus.
• Ensure staffing, hiring, and succession planning to meet store needs.
• Maintain store appearance, product presentation, and compliance with standards.
• Provide training and ensure required certifications are completed.
• Foster a safe, reliable, and attendance-driven work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
