Qualifications

• Obtain current food handlers permit once employed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items per customer requests using bakery equipment.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials and suggest items.
• Provide fresh products while maintaining correct portion sizes.
• Use equipment and follow safety and temperature logs.
• Maintain inventory, labeling, stocking and cleanliness in the bakery/deli area.
• Assist in achieving department sales and profit goals.
