Responsibilities

• Bakery/Deli Department Operations – support department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies, inventory preparation, and cleanliness.
• Replenishment & inventory procedures – order, receive, file, and manage back stock and returns.
• Merchandising & sales floor standards – stocking, displays, signing, and zone maintenance.
• Fresh food preparation & production – maintain food safety standards and service counters.
• Problem solving – define issues and use critical thinking to obtain answers.
• Safety/Quality Orientation – emphasize high quality and safe practices.
• Building Relationships – initiate and foster relationships with others and treat them fairly.
• Conscientiousness – adhere to policies, attendance, dress code and safety.
• Customer Service/Hospitality – deliver more than expected and follow SMILE program.
