Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• No previous work experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Adaptable to different situations and shifting priorities.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
• Moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Stands and/or walks continuously throughout shift.
• May be exposed to weather conditions and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Support bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures.
• Assist replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving and invoicing.
• Support merchandising and sales floor standards including displays and signing.
• Assist with fresh food preparation and production while maintaining safety and quality.
• Provide customer service and uphold Harps’ SMILE Program guidelines.
