Responsibilities

• Grocery Clerk (Bakery/Deli) prepares items per customer requests using bakery equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials and promotions.
• Provide fresh products to customers and ensure correct portions to prevent shrink.
• Operate bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and logs.
