Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery/deli items per customer requests using department equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.

• Provide fresh products and accurate portion sizes to minimize shrink.
• Recommend items to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Operate bakery equipment safely (refrigerators, ovens, scales, etc.).
• Maintain proper temperature logs and follow food safety guidelines.
