Responsibilities

• Grocery Clerk (Bakery/Deli) prepares items per customer requests using bakery equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials and ensure correct portion sizes.
• Maintain product freshness and check "sell by" dates; follow temperature logs.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise; report discrepancies.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, slicers, ovens) per guidelines; follow safety procedures.
