• Provide customers with fresh products and correct portions.
• Recommend bakery/deli items to customers to meet needs.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Prepare, label and inventory ingredients accurately.
• Ensure product quality and monitor sell-by dates.
