Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery/deli items per customer requests using bakery equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials and ensure freshness.
• Provide customers with fresh products in correct portions.
• Recommend items to meet customer needs and maintain quality.
• Use bakery equipment per company guidelines and follow food safety rules.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Maintain proper temperatures and temperature logs; follow safety procedures.
