• Provide customers with fresh products and accurate portions to prevent shrink.
• Recommend deli or bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions.
• Measure, prepare and mix ingredients with appropriate utensils.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Monitor product quality and review sell-by dates.
