• Offer product samples and inform customers of specials.
• Provide fresh, correctly portioned products to customers.
• Recommend products and inform customers about items.
• Use bakery equipment according to guidelines.
• Follow food safety and temperature logs.
• Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients accurately.
• Package, label, and inventory ingredients and products.
• Check product quality and manage inventory.
• Maintain store layout knowledge and respond to customer inquiries.
• Stay current with store promotions and product knowledge.
• Ensure proper storage temperatures and maintain logs.
• Create a welcoming environment and promote trust among staff.
• Adhere to safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
