Job Responsibilities:

• Offer product samples and inform customers of specials.
• Provide customers with fresh products and accurate portions to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommend items to customers to meet their needs.
• Use bakery equipment according to guidelines and prepare foods following safety and quality standards.
• Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients as per recipes.
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately.
• Check product quality and manage inventory and stock conditions.
• Maintain proper temperatures and logs for cases and coolers.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and promote trust among staff.
• Adhere to food safety and safety procedures, reporting any issues promptly.
• Support a cooperative, high-paced work environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business confidentiality.
• Assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
