  2. Offer product samples to customers.
  3. Inform customers of specials.
  4. Provide fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrink.
  5. Recommend items to customers.
  6. Use bakery equipment according to guidelines.
  7. Follow food safety and cooking procedures.
  8. Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients.
  9. Package, label, and inventory ingredients.
  10. Check product quality and review sell-by dates.
  11. Operate kitchen equipment safely.
  12. Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
  13. Report discrepancies to management.
  14. Locate products for customers.
  15. Stay current with ads and promotions.
  16. Maintain product knowledge and respond to customer questions.
  17. Monitor inventory and stock conditions.
  18. Ensure proper temperatures and logs are maintained.
  19. Create a welcoming environment for customers.
  20. Adhere to food safety regulations.
  21. Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
  22. Inspect equipment and report repairs.
  23. Report accidents.
  24. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
