Minimum Position Qualifications:

1. Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper equipment.
2. Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
3. Inform customers of bakery and deli specials.
4. Provide customers with fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrinkage.
5. Recommend products to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Use bakery equipment according to guidelines.
7. Follow food safety and temperature logs.
8. Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients as per recipes.
9. Package, label, and inventory ingredients and products.
10. Check product quality and freshness, review "sell by" dates.
11. Use kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
12. Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
13. Report discrepancies in ordering/shipping.
14. Understand store layout to assist customers.
15. Stay updated on ads and product knowledge.
16. Maintain inventory accuracy and proper temperatures.
17. Create a welcoming environment for customers.
18. Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures.
19. Report safety issues, accidents, and equipment needs.
20. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
