Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of 7-30 employees in Bakery/Deli area.
• Interview and hire applicants, order supplies, maintain paperwork and bookkeeping.
• Perform food prep tasks including frying chicken, making doughnuts, slicing meats and cheeses, baking breads and cakes, stocking shelves, serving customers and handling orders by phone.
