Sam's Club is seeking a Cake Decorator to join our Bakery team in Lubbock. You will work with store associates to deliver high-quality bakery decorations and ensure timely service for members.

You will use decorating tools, follow recipes, and maintain safety and quality standards while leveraging handheld devices to support sales and operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and member-first service.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Team Member: Collaborates across teams and educates colleagues on tools and processes while delivering customer service.
• Decorator expert: Ensures bakery decorations meet quality and recipe specifications, using piping bags, tips, and nozzles.
• Techie: Uses handheld devices to drive sales, improve shopping experiences, and support production decisions.
• Owner: Drives bakery area performance, controls waste, and supports seasonal event planning and customer needs.
