Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• I acknowledge that the position requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs following recipe and measurement instructions.
• Leverages handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and mentor others in product quality and ordering.
• Drives the bakery area performance, ensures quality and date control, and supports seasonal events and member needs.
• Models high-quality service and products, mentors and inspires others, and fosters a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
• Complies with company policies, ethics and integrity standards and uses the Open Door Policy in daily operations.
