Qualifications

• 6 Months' Experience In Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledges requirement to complete trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if offered the position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources for customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist members to meet expectations.
• Plan bakery productions with consistent quality and accurate decorations using decorating bags, tips, and nozzles.
• Operate and sanitize equipment, maintain cold chain and inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive bakery performance, manage for seasonal events, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Act as a Talent Ambassador, model high service standards and train others.
