• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Be an Expert: Plans the bakery productions, ensuring quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs, following recipe measurements, and using various decorating tools.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld technology to drive production decisions and improve customer experience.
• Be an Owner: Drives bakery performance, ensures date control, reduces waste, and supports seasonal events.
