Fresh by Brookshire's in Claremore, OK is seeking a part-time Decorator to plan and decorate bakery products, assist with daily bakery operations, and provide friendly customer service.

The ideal candidate has a High school diploma or GED, 6+ months of related experience, and holds a Food Handler certification. Decorator certification is desirable; ability to maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness in a fast-paced retail bakery environment is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and 6+ months bakery experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate or clean motorized equipment.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, ic es, and decorates cakes and other baked goods for display or customer requests.
• Traces and copies drawings onto cakes by using a template or making free-hand sketches.
• Identifies, matches, and blends icing colors.
• Selects decorating materials and tools to complete requests.
• Maintains clean, safe and sanitary working environment per safety procedures.
