The role requires a High school Diploma or GED, 18+ years old with 21+ to drive per policy, and a Food Handler certification. Experience in decorating is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED; 6+ months related experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive for company business per policy.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Decorator certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, ice, and decorate cakes and baked goods for display or customer orders.
• Trace/copy designs onto cakes using templates or freehand sketches.
• Match icing colors; assess color, texture, aroma, flavor and taste.
• Select decorating materials and tools; make quick decisions under time pressure.
