Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Answer questions and assist customers about bakery items.
• Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer samples and inform customers of bakery specials.
• Maintain product freshness and correct portion sizes.
• Operate bakery equipment safely (fridge, slicer, oven).
• Follow food safety temperatures and logs.
• Notify management of stocking or safety issues.
