Job summary

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, are at least 18, and can meet pre-employment screening requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in serving diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Operate bakery equipment according to company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily bakery department operations to ensure fresh, appealing products.
• Promote customer confidence and loyalty through courteous service.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and USDA/COOL guidelines.
• Handle product samples, answer product questions and assist customers in finding products.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, and display to reduce shrink.
