• Monitor quality and freshness, checking sell-by dates and temperatures.
• Operate bakery equipment (refrigerators, ovens, slicers) according to guidelines.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain accurate temperature logs.
• Report discrepancies to department manager and communicate safety concerns.
