Job summary

Caesars Entertainment, including Harrah's and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe, is seeking a bakery production teammate. You will learn from chefs and bakers, assist in preparing a range of pastries, doughs, fillings, and buffet items, and help ensure smooth service for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include scaling ingredients, preparing pastry items, maintaining sanitary conditions, and supporting banquet dessert production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous bakery experience helpful.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to internal and external customers for all Bakery outlets.
• Assist chefs, shift leaders, and bakers in production of bakery items.
• Prepare base doughs, batters, fillings and derivatives for pastries and buffet items.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and sanitary condition.
• Assist in banquet dessert production and plate-up.
