Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a bakery production teammate responsible for making baked goods according to formulas and quality standards. You will follow supervisor directions, maintain equipment, and ensure cleanliness and proper uniform adherence while supporting a high standard of service.

The role requires reading and writing in English, flexibility with shifts including weekends, and a strong focus on safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and verbally communicate effectively in English.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Follow instructions, influence others, meet time requirements.
• Problem solves using independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Must possess knowledge of use, cleaning and breakdown of equipment.
• Must maintain a high level of sanitation and safety.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare baked goods according to company formulas and standards.
• Timely execution of all job functions.
• Maintain all shop equipment in proper and clean order.
• Cleaning and stocking as needed.
• Always maintain proper uniform and nametag.
• Regular, predictable attendance.
