Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests.
• Prepare handcrafted coffee and tea beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Stock and replenish products, ensure rotation and quality.
• Assist guests with bakery purchases and answer product questions.
• Bake, package, label, and merchandise products for the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe workspace and uphold safety standards.
• Support product promotions and store initiatives.
• Assist with product and supply ordering as needed.
• Participate in monthly inventory to support accurate counts.
