Essential Job Functions

• World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers and teammates.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Making sandwiches.
• Making salads and maintaining quantities throughout the day.
• Using deli scales and bakery printers.
• Using the meat slicer.
• Using the oven for baking bakery product.
• Stocking bakery tables, cheese case, and HMR case.
• Stocking freezer and walk-in.
• Using cleaning products to maintain sanitary conditions and performing general clean up.
• Product knowledge.
• Entering information into deli scales and bakery printers.
• Detailed cleaning of entire bakery deli department.
• Cleaning the rotisserie with authorized oven cleaner.
• Packaging.
• Learning, following, and modeling all safety operating procedures.
• Being aware of surroundings and adhering to all safety procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.
