Job summary

North State Grocery operates Holiday Market 38 in Auburn, CA 95602 and seeks team members to provide world famous friendly customer service. You will support deli and bakery operations and engage with customers and vendors.

Primary duties include preparing sandwiches, slicing meat, baking, salads, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a sanitary environment while following policies and safety standards.

• Using cleaning products to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Product knowledge.
• Entering information into deli scales and bakery printers.
• Detailed cleaning of entire bakery deli department.
• Cleaning the rotisserie with authorized oven cleaner.
• Packaging.
• General clean up.
• Be aware of surroundings and working safe.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
