Job summary

Holiday Market in Weaverville, CA is seeking a Deli/Bakery Associate to provide world famous friendly customer service. You will perform production tasks, wrapping, weighing, pricing, merchandising and stocking, while maintaining cleanliness and organization across the bakery deli department.

Responsibilities include making sandwiches, operating the meat slicer, using ovens, stocking cases, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met throughout the shift.

• Making salads & maintaining throughout the day.
• Stocking freezer and walk-in.
• Stocking bakery tables, cheese case and HMR case.
• Using cleaning products to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Product knowledge.
• Entering information into deli scales and bakery printers.
• Detailed cleaning of entire bakery deli department.
• Cleaning the rotisserie with authorized oven cleaner.
• Packaging.
• General clean up.
• Be aware of surroundings and working safe.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
