Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or customer service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and take special orders for bakery items.
• Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods according to production charts and safety standards.
• Package baked goods and ensure proper labeling and pricing.
• Rotate and store bakery products following food safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and surfaces.
• Assist with other duties and departments as needed.
