Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk in Las Vegas to prepare and package baked goods while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves assisting in daily bakery operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring accurate pricing and freshness of products.

The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to interact professionally with customers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a High school diploma or equivalent; with 1-2 years Bakery experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to take direction and work well with others.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged, and presented cleanly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Bakery area and equipment; sweep and sanitize surfaces as needed.
• Stock, rotate, and ensure pricing accuracy; discard outdated items.
