Qualifications

• Weigh and label products accurately; operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide a high level of customer service and maintain cleanliness of the bakery area.
• Keep bakery area clean and sanitary; sweep and sanitize.
• Stock, price, and ensure correct rotation; discard outdated items.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
