Lees Marketplace is seeking a Bakery Clerk to assist in production, packaging and display of bakery items while engaging guests in person, over the phone, or online. You will learn products, maintain inventory, and ensure freshness and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate cash handling, and working with a team to meet daily store goals. Flexibility for varied hours is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Specialty cheese experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to/from work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production, labeling, display, and quality checks of bakery items.
• Provide friendly guest service in person, over the phone, or online.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise bakery items.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist in cash handling as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery area.
• Educate customers about bakery products and services.
