Job summary

Lee’s Marketplace Bakery Clerks assist in total bakery operations, including packaging, labeling, and showcasing baked goods while engaging guests in person, over the phone, or via digital channels. The role requires greeting customers and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Clerks learn Lee’s wide range of bakery options, uphold quality standards, and participate in inventory, ordering, and cleanliness responsibilities to ensure a welcoming and engaging shopping experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Drive and reliability are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packaging, labeling, and displaying bakery items.
• Engage with guests in person or via phone/digital tools to ensure a great experience.
• Maintain product freshness, rotate stock, and restock shelves as needed.
• Educate customers about Lee’s Marketplace bakery products and services.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and company policies in all tasks.
