Hy-Vee's Bakery is hiring a Bakery Clerk to help keep the department running smoothly. You'll greet customers, assist with finding products, and help create a welcoming bakery experience.

You’ll prepare, finish and replenish baked goods, monitor freshness, follow sanitation procedures, and work with teammates to ensure accuracy at the register. Training is provided, and daytime shifts are available.

Qualifikationen

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
• Basic math skills for simple addition and counting.
• Clear communication with customers and teammates.
• Six months of related experience preferred (not required).

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and provide friendly bakery service.
• Assist customers in finding products and taking orders.
• Monitor product freshness and stock throughout the shift.
• Prepare and replenish baked goods from cooler or freezer.
• Maintain sanitation and keep work area clean and organized.
• Process payments at the department register where applicable.
• Keep the department tidy and manage trash.
