Job summary

El Super #15 in Inglewood is seeking a Bakery Clerk to support the Bakery Manager with daily customer service, display upkeep, and special orders. You will assist customers, keep shelves clean, and coordinate with the bakery team on production needs.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and a Food Handler Card or equivalent certification. This is a great entry into the Chedraui USA family.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required for all food-related positions.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos.
• Lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to bakery customers and assist with purchases.
• Clean, rotate, and refill displays; maintain cleanliness of shelves and cases.
• Assist with special orders and coordinate with the Bakery Manager on production needs.
• Help in department cleaning and overall store upkeep as part of daily tasks.
