Big Y Foods, Inc. in Tolland, CT is seeking a Bakery Clerk to provide an exceptional customer experience by preparing and stocking fresh bakery products and answering questions.

You will help maintain cleanliness and food safety in the bakery, support flexible scheduling, and may participate in cross-training across departments; the company offers medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), PTO, holidays, tuition assistance, and bereavement leave.

Job description

Location:TOLLAND,CT(33 FIELDSTONE COMMONS)

The Bakery Clerk is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product. The Bakery Clerk maintains department conditions, to include preparing, stocking and serving Bakery products. They also maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in the Bakery department and handle customer inquiries while providing product knowledge.
