• Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or inquire about products.
• Inform customers of bakery specials.
• Provide customers with ordered products, ensuring correct portions to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommend bakery items to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Operate bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, ovens, etc., according to guidelines.
• Follow food safety and temperature logs, and prepare foods according to instructions.
• Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients using appropriate utensils and equipment.
• Package, label, and inventory ingredients and products properly.
• Check product quality, freshness, and expiration dates, taking necessary actions.
• Maintain and organize inventory, report discrepancies.
• Understand store layout to assist customers efficiently.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions and product knowledge.
• Ensure proper storage temperatures and maintain logs.
• Promote a welcoming environment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all food safety, health, and safety regulations.
• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, safety risks, and illegal activities.
