As a Bakery Clerk, you will be central to bakery operations, ensuring excellent service, assisting guests, taking special orders, and packaging products. Your creativity will help enhance occasions and daily moments.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet guests, answer questions, handle concerns professionally, assist with locating bakery items, take custom orders, and answer calls.
• Merchandising: Package, price, replenish, and monitor stock to ensure attractive displays and product availability.
• Food Safety: Maintain freshness, cleanliness, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure quality standards.
• Flexibility: Support team duties as needed.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer focus and tactful communication skills.
• Good oral and written communication abilities.
• Understanding of safety policies.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Standing for extended periods (80%).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally (20%).
• Working near moving machinery (50%).
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures (20%).

Work Schedule: Flexible part-time or full-time hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on your availability.
