Knowledge and Skills

• Food handling permit required within 14 days of employment.

Essential Job Functions

• Implement Cosentino's Customer Service Standards.
• Assist customers courteously at the bakery counter.
• Maintain product knowledge, and keep display cases clean and stocked.
• Meet productivity standards and follow rotation procedures.
• Ensure bakery is stocked, clean, and ready for business.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant work environment.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and basic math and reading skills.

Physical Abilities

• Reaching, twisting, lifting up to 20 lbs, standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Work in cool environments as needed.
