Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or less of related work experience; training provided.
• Ability to use sharp knives safely and follow sanitation guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a smile and take orders at the bakery counter.
• Check orders for the day, set up timelines and production schedules, ensure details match the request.
• Decorate bakery items and stay current on cake design trends.
• Develop daily bakery orders for bakers including cakes and sizes.
• Track daily production and coordinate tasks with co-workers.
• Check product dates, pull cases for work, and list items to fill or replace.
• Order decorating supplies and verify receipts.
• Deliver and set up wedding cakes on site outside the store.
• Communicate with Bakery Manager about displays and special needs.
• Lead part-time employees and provide instruction; assist with cross-training.
• Maintain sanitation and keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Answer phones and provide friendly service to customers.
