Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Six months or less of similar or related work experience; we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a smile and take orders at the bakery counter, assisting throughout the store.
• Check orders for the day, set up production timelines, and review cake details daily.
• Decorate bakery items and stay current on designs and trends.
• Develop daily bakery orders for bakers and manage sizes and deco packs.
• Track daily production and coordinate tasks with coworkers.
• Check product dates, pull cases, and list items to fill or replace.
• Order decorating supplies and confirm receipt.
• Deliver wedding cakes on site and set up.
• Communicate with the Bakery Manager on displays, ads, and needs.
• Lead part-time staff and participate in cross-training.
• Maintain sanitation and clean work areas; answer phones with friendly service.
