Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Six months or less of similar or related work experience; training provided.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and taking orders at the bakery counter.
• Check orders for the day, set up timelines and production schedules, and verify details.
• Decorate bakery items in a timely manner and stay current on designs and trends.
• Develop daily bakery orders for bakers including cakes and sizes.
• Lead and train part-time employees and coordinate with the bakery team.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the work area.
• Assist with wedding cake setups on site and communicate needs to the Bakery Manager.
