85°C Bakery Cafe in Frisco, TX is hiring for a Storefront Associate at an entry level. This role supports creating an outstanding customer experience, taking orders, POS operations, and preparing beverages.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, retail or food service experience preferred, strong communication, teamwork, and weekend availability. Training and growth opportunities are available, with a fun, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).

Responsibilities

• Delivering friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greeting guests and assisting with product selection.
• Operating the POS system accurately.
• Preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assisting with bread merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Working collaboratively with your teammates and store leadership.
• Following all company policies and Health Department regulations.
• Cross-training in multiple areas, including: Cashier (POS), Bar, Bread, Cake.
• Arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
• Having fun while delivering an exceptional guest experience!
