Job summary

85C Bakery Cafe in Sugar Land, TX is seeking Store Front Associates (entry level) to provide customers with outstanding service, assist with bread baking, cake decorating and drink preparation, and help keep the store running smoothly. Applicants should have a high school diploma or higher, be at least 18, have reliable weekend availability, and be willing to cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher
• Fast food or retail experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Acceptable verbal English communication
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
• Must be at least 18 years old and available weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations while showing sensitivity to individual needs.
• Make a memorable connection and ensure each guest's experience is the best.
• Work with store management to deliver outstanding service; create a positive atmosphere for coworkers and customers.
• Perform job-specific duties including bread baking, cake decorating, and drink preparation.
• Be on time for all shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS and Bar departments as needed.
